Raxi Win Install Checklist: 12 Checks to Tick
Somebody has sent you an app file that says it is Raxi Win. Twelve quick questions show what you know about it and what nobody has looked at yet. The tool never calls a file safe: the most it can say is that every check passed.
Do you need a file at all?
At the time of writing (8 October 2026) the Raxi Win login and Register screens opened as web pages in a browser, with no file in the way. The page has a download icon at the top right. We did not click it, so we cannot say what it offers, and we know of no app file, version or source for one. Its “Add to Desktop” prompt saves a shortcut to the web page, which is not a file. Raxi Win without an APK covers the shortcut.
That makes the third check, why you want the file, the one that can end the matter early. If the only reason is that someone told you a file is needed, mark it a problem.
Using it
For the file in front of you, pick Fine, A problem or Not checked under each question. Every question is worded so that Fine is the comforting answer, and if you do not know, Not checked is the honest choice. “How to check this” under a question opens a few short steps. As you tick, the box at the bottom keeps a running count and a to-do list with the problems at the top.
Three starting points, side by side
Each column is a set of answers the tool can start from. They are scenarios, not findings about any real file.
| Check | Walk away if a problem? | File sent in a chat | Asks to read your texts | Best case |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Where the link came from | Yes | A problem | Fine | Fine |
| What the link points to | No | A problem | Fine | Fine |
| Why you want it | Yes | A problem | Fine | Fine |
| What the file is called | Yes | Not checked | Fine | Fine |
| Who published it | Yes | A problem | Fine | Fine |
| The file’s fingerprint | Yes | Not checked | Fine | Fine |
| Permissions | Yes | Not checked | A problem | Not checked |
| Payments | Yes | Not checked | Fine | Fine |
| Play Protect | Yes | Not checked | Fine | Fine |
| How it updates | No | Not checked | Fine | Fine |
| Reviews | No | Not checked | Fine | Not checked |
| A way back | No | Fine | Fine | Fine |
The first column comes out at 1 of 12 passed, 4 problems and 7 open, and three of the problems are walk-away ones. The second shows that the tool does not take a vote: 11 of 12 passed, yet its one problem decides the matter. The third is a careful best case for a file from outside a store: 10 passed, none a problem, 2 open. We know of no publisher page for Raxi Win, so read that column as what a best case would look like, not as something to expect.
Walk away, or put it right
Eight checks are walk-away checks: where the link came from, why you want the file, what it is called, who published it, its fingerprint, its permissions, any request for money, and Play Protect, which is Google’s app scanner on your phone. A problem in any of them stands, however many others pass.
The other four can be put right: what the link points to, how the app updates, what the reviews say, and whether you have a way back. A way back means a screenshot of the page and a way to remove the app.
Open is not passed
An open check counts for nothing. In the third column, permissions stays open because a file from outside a store has no listing to read first. The pop-ups and your phone’s Settings screens are the only preview, so decide then: say no each time an app asks to read your texts or to use accessibility. Reviews stays open as the weakest check, since whoever uploads a file also types the stars beside it.
Which tool covers which check
- Where the link came from and what it points to: the link checker.
- The fingerprint: the file fingerprint checker.
- Payments: paste the sender’s message into the scam message checker.
- Permissions: what to say no to.
- Money already sent: the steps after a scam.
Where the list stops
The checklist never touches the file. Whatever you tick is all it knows, so honest answers matter most. Twelve passes would lower the risk and no more, because a fingerprint, a clean list of permissions and good reviews can each be staged. Play Protect does a separate job, and Google’s Play Protect help page explains what it checks. Keep it switched on. The other free tools are one page up.
Skipping the file? The web page opens in a browser. Read the address bar first, then set a limit before you play.

Common questions
Does the Add to Desktop prompt need this checklist?
No. At the time of writing (8 October 2026) that prompt saves a shortcut to the web page, not an app file, so there is nothing to install. The address in your browser bar still deserves a look, and the link checker on this site reads it.
If I cannot answer a check, may I tick Fine?
No. Leave it on Not checked. Open counts as neither passed nor failed, and the tool says so in its result, because a check you have not done tells you nothing about the file. Go and find the answer, or let the check stay open.
How can 11 of 12 checks pass and the advice still be to walk away?
Eight of the checks cover things that no other pass can undo, such as a link you cannot account for or a request to read your texts. The tool does not vote. A problem in any of those eight stands, and its advice is not to install the file.
What does the copy-link button put in the link?
It writes your twelve answers into the part of the link after the # sign, which a website never receives. Whoever opens the link sees the same answers and the same result on their own phone. The file stays where it is, and nothing is stored on this site.
I already installed a file under this name. Can I still use the checklist?
Yes. Answer the checks as things stand now. Permissions is easier at this stage, because your phone’s Settings screens show what the app has been given. A problem in any of the eight walk-away checks is a reason to remove the app.
What should I make of a file that only installs with Play Protect off?
Do not switch it off. Play Protect is Google’s app scanner on your phone, and a file that only installs with it off is telling you something. Mark Play Protect as a problem, treat it as a reason to walk away, and delete the file.
