Raxi Win Hack: What to Do After You Paid
If you paid a seller or installed a file, answer three questions, then follow the lines that fit: bank first, then 1930, then an online report, then the phone. No one can promise your money back, but speed helps and the order matters.
Three questions that decide your first move
Answer these in your head, then follow the lines that fit. If more than one fits, take the money line first.
Has money left your account, or could more still go? Ring your bank before anything else and ask it to stop the card or UPI ID you paid from. Pay nothing further to anyone, whatever reason they give. A second payment meant to “free” the first only adds to the loss.
Did you hand over a code, a PIN, a password or a view of your screen? Say so on that same call, and name what it was and when. A code serves one purpose, so tell your bank which one it was. If someone watched your screen, treat everything you typed in that time as seen.
Did you install a file? Keep banking and UPI apps closed on that phone until it is clean. Then remove the file, switch off any permission it held, and change your passwords from another device, email first.
Did you only join a chat or read a message? Then nothing is lost. Mute the chat, leave it, block the sender and do not reply.
The first hour, in three steps
Minutes 0 to 10. Call your bank straight away to block a card or UPI ID after a fraud, on the helpline number printed on your card or listed in its own app. A number sent in a chat or shown in an ad may belong to the seller. The next section gives you words for the call.
Minutes 10 to 30. Call 1930, the national cyber-fraud helpline, and give the same facts. While you wait for a line, take your screenshots: the chat with the sender’s name or number in view, the payment screen, and any link you were sent, copied but not opened. Take them before you block anyone or leave a group, because blocking can hide a chat.
Minutes 30 to 60. Report it at cybercrime.gov.in, the national cybercrime reporting portal, attach the screenshots and write down any reference number. Then start on the phone itself. The permissions guide shows where each permission can be switched off.
What to say to your bank
Write this on a note first, ideally on another device, then read it out. Fill each gap from the payment screen.
- “I paid ₹ (amount) on (date) at (time), by (UPI, card or transfer), to (UPI ID, account or phone number).”
- “The payment reference is (UTR or transaction ID).”
- “I was told it was for (what the seller said), and I now believe it was a fraud.”
- “I also gave away or installed (a code, a PIN, a file, access to my screen).”
- “Please block my (card or UPI ID), and tell me what else you need from me.”
The UTR is the reference number your bank or UPI app shows on the payment details screen. Ask the bank for a complaint number and write it down. The same note works for 1930 and for the online report.
If the seller had your Raxi Win login
At the time of writing (8 October 2026), the login screen says to contact customer service if you forget your password. The customer-service icon at the top right of the page is the only route we saw, and we did not click it. We do not know how the platform resets a password or what its support can do.
Change the password from another device if the screen lets you. The forgot password guide and the customer care guide go through the options. Do not pay anyone to “unlock” an account. A request for money first is the opening step of the same fraud.
The next seven days
- Day 1. Put the note, the screenshots and the payment screens in one folder. Change your email password from another device, then the rest.
- Day 2. Go through your bank and UPI history line by line for payments you did not make. Repeat it every day this week.
- Days 3 to 6. Expect a second approach: a “recovery agent”, an “officer” or a refund desk that offers to get your money back for a fee. Asking for money first is the mark of the fraud, not of a rescue. Also check your email for sign-in alerts, and any platform account.
- Day 7. Write down what you have heard back, from whom and when. Keep everything until the complaint is settled.
Do not try another trick to undo the first loss. An app or channel that promises that is one more offer of the same kind, and the hack guide shows how such offers work.
A refund is out of our hands, and nobody can promise one. The parts you do control are how soon you report, how well your papers are kept, and the payments you refuse to make.
What not to do
- Do not pay a second time to free the first payment.
- Do not read out a code, a PIN or a password to anyone who contacts you first, even if they name your bank, the police or the platform.
- Do not delete the chat or the file until the evidence is saved.
- Do not install a “recovery” or screen-sharing app because a stranger asks you to.
- Do not post the seller’s details, or your own, in public.
Looking after yourself
Many people feel embarrassed after this. It happens to busy, hopeful and careful people alike, because the offers are built to look convincing. Tele-MANAS 14416: free, confidential mental-health support, open every hour.
Common questions
How soon after paying should I call my bank?
At once. Only your bank can block the card or UPI ID before more money leaves, and the first hours matter most. Use the number printed on your card or shown inside your bank’s own app, not one from a chat or an ad. Then call 1930 and report the fraud at cybercrime.gov.in.
Can Raxi Win undo a payment I made to a seller?
The money went to the seller, not to the platform, so your bank and 1930 are the first calls. We cannot see inside the platform, so we cannot say what its support can do. If the seller also held your Raxi Win login, the customer-service icon on the page is the only route we saw, and we did not click it.
Someone says they work for Raxi Win support and need a fee to fix my account. What now?
Stop and pay nothing. A request for money before any help is a reason to walk away, whoever sends it. We do not know the platform’s support routes beyond the icon at the top right of its page. Never give a code, a PIN or a password to anyone who contacts you first.
How long should I keep the screenshots and messages?
Until your complaint is settled, and longer if you can. Keep them in one folder with the payment screens, the seller’s number or handle, and a short note of what happened in order. Save them before you block anyone or leave a group, because blocking can hide a chat.
Will uninstalling the file I installed be enough?
No. Removing the file stops it running, but it cannot undo what it already read or took. Change your email password first, from another device, then your other passwords. Look in Settings for permissions you never chose, and look through your bank and UPI history for payments you did not make.
Where can I get support if this has shaken me?
Tele-MANAS 14416: free, confidential mental-health support, open every hour. Telling one person you trust helps too, because someone else can then help you watch your accounts. Losing money to a convincing offer says nothing about how careful or clever you are.
