Raxi Win Login Problems: Checks That Work
Start from the words on your screen, not from a guess. “Token has expired, please login again!” is the platform’s own way of asking you to sign in again, and the screens we read had no box for a text-message code. Then pick the symptom that fits.
The tool above puts two to four yes-or-no questions to you about one of six problems, then ends on steps to try and things to avoid. It cannot see your phone or any account. Whether you searched “raxiwin login problem” or “raxi win login not working”, this page works from the other end: the words your screen actually shows.
Start from the words on your screen
| You see | It usually means | Next |
|---|---|---|
| “Token has expired, please login again!” | At the time of writing (8 October 2026), the platform’s own message when a screen needs a session you do not have. It sent us to the login screen and said nothing about a lock | Sign in again. If it returns straight after, read “Signed in, then sent back” below |
| “Please log in with your phone number or email” | Nothing is wrong. It is the front door | The login guide |
| A wrong-password message, or sign-in simply fails | A slipped key, the wrong tab or a forgotten password. We typed no password, so we cannot quote the platform’s wording | The routine below, then forgot password |
| The words locked, frozen, restricted or blocked | A restriction set by the platform | Stop, screenshot it, read account locked |
| A box asking for a text-message code | Not on any screen we read | “Who asked for the code?” below |
| A blank page, a spinner or a browser error | Your network, your phone or the address | Page not opening |
| A page that looks like Raxi Win, at another address | Another site | Link and address |
A ten-minute routine
Work down the list and stop the moment sign-in works. The times are a guide, not a rule.
- Minutes 0 to 2: read and compare. Write down the exact words on the screen. Check the tab matches how you signed up. On Phone Number, check +91 India and your ten digits. On Email, read every character.
- Minutes 2 to 4: rule out the line. Open any other site. If nothing opens, the fault is your connection. If sites open, try your other network, Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Minutes 4 to 6: one slow retry. Turn caps lock off and check the keyboard language. Clear the password box, because autofill may have put an old password there, and type it by hand.
- Minutes 6 to 8: use the platform’s own door. If the screen offers Forgot password?, tap it and do only what it asks. We could not read the steps behind it, so trust your screen over any page or person who says otherwise.
- Minutes 8 to 10: stop. Note what you saw, when, and what you tried. More guessing helps nobody.
Who asked for the code?
On the screens we read, neither the login screen nor the Register form had a box for a code sent by text. So the first question is not why a text is late. It is which screen asked, and whether you started it. The tool’s code path talks about tapping Send, and we saw no Send button on either screen, so follow that path only if a screen of yours is waiting for a code.
| Where the request comes from | What to do |
|---|---|
| Your own screen, after you tapped something such as Forgot password? (a step we could not read) | Check your ten digits and the right SIM, look in Spam and Unknown Senders, wait two minutes, then ask once. Type the newest code at once |
| A page you reached through a link | Close it, because a copy can ask for a code too. Paste the link into the link checker first |
| A person who wants you to read out a code you received | Stop. A code someone else asks you to repeat is the one thing never to pass on |
| A text with a code you never asked for | Someone may have typed your number by mistake, or may be trying an account. Tell no one the digits. If the text names a bank or a payment, call your bank |
If the number itself is in doubt, the phone number checker shows whether it fits the Indian mobile format.
Signed in, then sent back
If the login screen keeps returning, or the Token message shows soon after you sign in, think about the session: the pass your browser holds once you are in. We made no account, so these are general causes for web apps, not findings about Raxi Win.
- The browser blocks or clears site data, or you are in a private tab.
- The phone’s clock is far off, so the browser and the page disagree about the time. Set date and time to automatic.
- A chat app’s built-in browser can forget everything when it closes. Copy the address into your own browser.
- Some services end a session when the same account signs in on another phone. We do not know this platform’s rule.
If those are clear and it still loops, photograph the message and ask from inside the platform’s own page.
Asking for help, and when to walk away
The login screen says to contact customer service if you forget your password. The only support-looking things we saw were a customer-service icon at the top right of the home page and some floating icons down the right edge. We tapped none of them, so we cannot say where any leads. Type the address yourself and use what is on that page. The customer care guide covers how to ask and what real help never needs.
Close the chat or hang up if anyone:
- contacts you first and offers to fix your login;
- asks for a code, a password or a look at your screen;
- sends a file to install “to repair the login”;
- says your account is locked and gives a number to call.
None of that is how a sign-in gets fixed. If a code or money has already gone, call your bank straight away to block a card or UPI ID, call 1930, the national cyber-fraud helpline, and report it at cybercrime.gov.in with screenshots. The table in the address guide matches each thing you may have typed to its next step, and after a scam covers paying a stranger or installing a file.
Sign-in sorted? The button opens the platform’s Register page, not Log in. Tap “I have an account: Login” there if you have one.

Common questions
Why do I keep being sent back to the Raxi Win login screen?
At the time of writing (8 October 2026), a screen that needs a session sent us to the login screen with the words “Token has expired, please login again!”. So the page is saying you are not signed in. If it happens straight after you log in, try your own browser rather than a chat app’s built-in one, set the phone’s date and time to automatic, and allow the site to save data.
Should a Raxi Win page ever ask me to type a code from a text?
At the time of writing (8 October 2026), neither the login screen nor the Register form we read had a box for one. We could not read what happens after Forgot password?, so a code there is possible. A page you reached by a link that asks for a code is a reason to stop. So is a person who wants you to read one out. Tell no one the digits.
Why is my correct Raxi Win password refused?
Look at the tab first, because a right password on the wrong tab can still fail. Then check that the number box holds only your ten digits, that caps lock is off and that the keyboard language is the one you used. Autofill can also drop an old password in. If all of that is clean, try once more slowly and then stop.
How many wrong tries should I allow before I stop?
One or two, typed slowly. We do not know how many wrong tries this platform allows before it restricts an account, and many services tighten a restriction when attempts keep coming. After two, use Forgot password? if your screen has it, or ask from inside the platform’s own page.
Will clearing the site’s saved data fix a sign-in loop?
It can, when stale data is the cause. It also signs you out and removes whatever the site saved on your phone, though not the account, so know your password first. Try a private tab or another browser before you clear anything. If the page works there, clear the data in the first browser.
The Log in button does nothing when I tap it. What now?
Check that other sites open, then reload the page. A phone with almost no free storage, or one in battery-saver mode, can leave a page half loaded so that taps are ignored. Try a private tab. If it works there, clear this site’s data in your normal tab. We cannot see your phone, and we cannot tell whether the platform itself is having trouble.
A stranger offers to repair my Raxi Win login for money. Is that worth it?
No. A person who contacts you first and asks for a fee, a code or a look at your screen is not fixing anything. If you have already paid or shared a code, call your bank straight away, then call 1930 and report it at cybercrime.gov.in.
