Raxi Win Withdrawal Problem: Five Places to Look
A withdrawal that has not reached your bank is in one of five places. We know none of Raxi Win’s withdrawal times, so this page sorts those places by what your own screens can show, and tells you what to ask support.
Five places a withdrawal can be
We have never seen the Withdraw screen or an entry in Withdrawal history, so the middle column describes what such entries usually look like. Your screen will use its own words.
| Where the money is | How you can tell | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Never sent | Withdrawal history has no entry for your request, and your wallet figure looks the same as before | Look for a message the screen showed after your last tap. Check the history again before you ask a second time |
| 2. Waiting at the platform | An entry whose status reads like waiting | Note when you asked and when you last looked. If your screen states a time, measure against that |
| 3. Sent, on its way | An entry whose status reads like approved or sent | Look for a credit on your bank statement and in your UPI app. Ask support for the date it was sent and a reference |
| 4. Paid, but not where you looked | The status reads like paid, and your usual account shows nothing | Check every account and UPI ID you could have named, and compare the last four digits you typed with your passbook |
| 5. Back in a wallet | Main wallet or 3rd party wallet is higher again, and the entry reads like failed or returned | Compare with your screenshot from before you asked, and ask support for the reason in its own words |
Some platforms return a failed payout to a wallet. We cannot say whether Raxi Win does, which is why place 5 sends you to both wallets.
Keep a clock sheet
“It has been ages” gives support nothing to look up. A line with a date, a time and a status does. Copy this table into your notes and fill it in as you go.
| Step | Write down |
|---|---|
| You asked | Date, time, amount, and the wallet figures before and after |
| History first showed it | The status exactly as written, and the time you saw it |
| Last time you looked | The status exactly as written, and the time |
| Bank checked | Which account, which dates, and whether a credit was found |
Three questions for support, in this order
Use the customer-service icon at the top right of the platform’s home page, on a page you opened from a typed address. We have not pressed it, so we cannot say how fast it answers. Raxi Win customer care explains why a number found elsewhere is not the same thing. Paste this, filled in from your clock sheet:
I asked to withdraw ₹[amount] from my [Main wallet or 3rd party wallet] on [date] at [time]. Withdrawal history shows “[status as written]” since [date and time]. My bank is [bank name], the account ends [last four digits], and my statement shows no credit up to [date].
- What is the status of this withdrawal in your records, in your words?
- When was it sent, and to which account or UPI ID, by its last four characters?
- What reference does the transfer carry, so my bank can search for it?
Attach the clock sheet’s screenshots and the page of your statement for those days. Leave out your password, any code sent to your phone and your UPI PIN. A payout can be traced without them.
When the message says “recharge to unlock”
The example loaded above is invented: a ₹12,000 withdrawal “pending”, and a demand to recharge ₹2,000 first. The checker reads it as High, with 75 points: 60 for asking you to put money in before you can take money out, and 15 for pressure to hurry. Now do the sums.
| Moment | You have paid | Still stuck | Money exposed |
|---|---|---|---|
| The message arrives | ₹0 | ₹12,000 | ₹12,000 |
| You pay the ₹2,000 “unlock” | ₹2,000 | ₹12,000 | ₹14,000 |
| A second demand of the same size comes, and you pay it | ₹4,000 | ₹12,000 | ₹16,000 |
The ask is 16.7% of the stuck amount, one part in six. It is priced to look small beside the prize. The third row is an illustration, but the checker’s own note says why: no fee, recharge, deposit or tax releases money you are owed, and the first payment is followed by another. Each payment also makes the next demand easier to believe.
The checker reads words, not intentions. Reword the demand as “Send ₹2,000 and your balance opens” and the reading falls from High, 75 points, to Low, 15 points. Only the pressure to hurry still matches. The demand did not change; the words did. So a low reading never clears a message. We saw no fee or deposit rule on the platform’s page, but we saw no withdrawal screen either, so read what yours states. Take any such demand to the platform’s own icon, not back to the sender, and pay nobody who found you first.
Offers and conditions
We could not read the terms behind any banner on the Activity tab. One banner said “FIRST DEPOSIT GET FREE ₹488”. That wording is the platform’s, not a promise we make. On many platforms a bonus comes with a condition, called a turnover or wagering requirement, that can hold a withdrawal until a set amount has been played. We do not know whether any condition applies to you. Find the terms of every offer you took, and ask support which offer is active on your account. The bonus offers guide shows how a condition turns into an amount of play.
What your bank can tell you
Your bank can tell you three things the platform cannot: whether a credit arrived, under what name or reference, and on what date. Ask it to search for an incoming transfer by the reference support gives you.
If a stranger has your money, call your bank first, then 1930, the national cyber-fraud helpline, and report it at cybercrime.gov.in. After a scam has the longer checklist.
What we cannot see
No account was made, so no withdrawal was tried. We do not know the methods, the minimum or maximum, any fee, any time, any identity check or the words Withdrawal history uses. The Raxi Win help overview shows the Wallet tab as we saw it, and deposit not received covers money going the other way. Where your own screen differs from this page, your screen is right.
To read your own Withdrawal history you have to log in. Do it on the platform’s own page, after you have read the address bar.

Common questions
Why is my Raxi Win withdrawal still pending?
We cannot see your account, so we cannot say. A pending entry may be waiting at the platform, or a payout may be on its way to your bank. We saw no withdrawal time, and the page we read gives none. Screenshot the entry with its time, check your bank statement, and ask support for the status in its own words.
My Raxi Win withdrawal says success but my bank shows nothing. What now?
Check the account you named and every other account or UPI ID you might have used, and look at the dates on your statement. Ask support for the date it was sent and the transfer’s reference. Give your bank that reference and ask it to search for an incoming credit. We do not know what the platform’s success wording means, so ask.
How many hours before a Raxi Win withdrawal counts as late?
We do not know what the platform counts as normal, and the page we read gives no number. Its home page says it supports fast deposit and withdrawal, but a word is not a time, and we opened no withdrawal screen. Look for a stated time on your own Withdraw screen and screenshot it. If none is stated, keep the clock sheet and write to support when the status has not changed since your last look.
Someone says I must recharge before I can withdraw from Raxi Win. Is that right?
We saw no such rule, but we saw no withdrawal screen either, so read what yours states. A person in a chat or on a call who asks for money before your money is released is describing a known trap. Paste the message into the scam message checker, and take the question to the platform’s own icon, not back to the sender.
Could an offer I took be the reason my Raxi Win withdrawal is held?
It might, but we cannot say. We could not read the terms behind any banner on the Activity tab. On many platforms an unfinished bonus condition holds withdrawals back. Find the terms of any offer you took, and ask support which offer is active on your account.
Will Raxi Win ask for ID before I can withdraw?
We do not know, because we did not open the withdrawal screen. Some platforms do ask. If your screen asks for documents, give them only inside the platform’s own page. Never send photos of an ID or a bank card to an “agent” in a chat.
